SO I STAND ON MY FEET ABOUT TEN HOURS A DAY AT WORK AND THEN AT HOME. SO AT THE END OF THE DAY I CAN BARLY WALK MY KNEES LOCK UP. I CANT STAND IT. DOES ANYBODY HAVE AN IDEA HOW TO GET RID OF IT 

Buy better shoes? Insoles? Stretch? Try the new dr. sholes thingies.

My stepmom was a CNA and is now a MEDAID...She had to buy the expensive skechers shape-ups. She says they are totally worth the money and her back no longer hurts her from standing so much...something to try. 

Buy real Crocs. I worked on a concrete floor for 8-10 hours and when I got a real pair of them it helped my knees so much. They have many different kinds out now if you dont like the regular "croc" look. They even have some that look like sneakers. oh and I have knee issues, I have broken my left one twice, so I can feel your pain! good luck 

soak in a hot bath with 1 cup of epson salt and 1 cup of baking soda for half an hour, this got my hubby through combatives. 

You might swap out your shoes for a new or different pair half way through your job or day. I was given that advice when I waited tables. Just having your feet repositioned a little bit will help them out in the long run.
