we had a wonderful time today at the river walk trail. it was nice meeting you all! we walked 6 miles! i had such a good time that I will be going every day at 9:00 to the river walk trail. a few others have also agreed to come a few times a week or more. so this invitation is for everyone: 9:00 at the river walk trail everyday! If you will be joining us once or regularly... feel free to let us know so we know to wait up for you if you are running lait. :D

I want to go too, just had a kid going to doc at 9:20 this morning, so couldn't be there. I start class on the 12th at 10:30 so I can go until then:)

if you take washinton and go all the way down like you are going twords trooper gate.... once you get onto that "long road" surrounded by trees you will see a parking lot set into the woods on your left. this is the beginning of the trail

I will make one each week, Just cant drive to JC everyday! There is also a few Great trails in Manhattan if you get bored of that one :) 

I was talking with another lady who walks in Manhattan and I told her I could go there once or twice a week too - we'll have to get a group there as well. 

We had discussed alternating between JC and Manhattan just to make it fair for those who live in Manhattan! 

I'm good for that, just as long as I get to get outside and walk! I am so tired of the treadmill:( 

I probably can do tomorrow...I need to train N to get up earlier, LOL---wait I know I am saying that and it will bite me in the butt later.
