I have seen a lot of cute screen names on RUG and was just wondering how some of you picked your screen name. So im starting this thread for fun ,If you have a story about how you got your name write a little telling how you came by it.
As you can see im not very inventive when it comes to nik names lol

Mines my name with some decoration haha. I like knowing peoples name so I used that for mine so people can know who I am. 

I am from Jacksonville NC so my screen name comes from Homenc. 

I have Bad Luck tattooed on my collar bone, and well I am a mommy. Sooooo whala!

I like to say Okie Dokie but I thought people would read that as Okie Dookey and that's nasty.

I LOVE PINK!! :-) Just had to share that! Obviously I am also not creative when it came to choosing a screen name. Misty is my real name; however, you would not believe how many people have asked me what my real name is over the years. Like Misty is some fabulous screen name to come up with!

my name is made up bc I don't like posting my name all over the internet...I came up with it bc I'm married and fox comes from hubby's mos but people often assume fox is my last name...or that I think hubby is a fox which of course I do... lol

don't get me wrong - I DO think he's a total babe/hottie/fox... but the name actually came from his MOS... most people don't think of the hottie/fox tho they assume it's our last name... which just helps me stay anonymous online so I like it... :) 

Mine was done because it was close to deployment being over but it wasnt coming fast enough. now that he has been home since march i cant come up with another one so untill i do mine will remain the same.
