I have had no internet for 2 days now. They keep giving a time to have it back on but never seems to happen. Then i call this morning to see if i just need to be reset and they cant find me in their sysrem by phone number, acct number, social, or name. Anyone else having issues 

Mine always works... However, they can NEVER find my account information! They switch me through usually 4 people till one person finds it.. But, along the way they are rude as if I dont know my own social or phone number 

Exactly!!! Drives me insane!!! They keep telling me there is an outage and they are working on it. Bs 

Did u get with the fiber optic dept??? If u live in Forsyth thats the dept u need 

what neighborhood do you live in? I hear it doesnt work well in forsyth.. I live in warner and in the past year its only been down twice. 

Our internet is acting up, and has been for the last few weeks. When you call them, before ANYTHING, ask to speak to someone from Kansas. I spend almost 35 minutes on the phone with them while they looked up my account info [which they couldnt find via my Social, phone number OR account number, even as i was looking at the information ONLINE. We went without internet for 7 days because there was a "outage in our area". When I mentioned it to my friend who lives a block away, she said her internet was just fine. It ended up being that our router was messed up and we just took it to the store by Walmart and got a new one. You might check into that :D 

Thanks ill try that. We dont live on post. I did call our local store and he found my acct right away and said that they are having issues 

i haven't ever really had anytrouble with them except every now and again their towers go down. but the usually have it back up within 4 hrs 

Omg same here and they never find my acct I switched to cox today cause I have had enough cox has a really good deal right now and its not as cheap as century link but u get what u pay for and my net has been out for 2 days too..I just activated internet on my phone lol 

If u call and pretend u are gonna go with another company they give u 2 months free lol that's what they did with Me and I was just bluffing lol just being honest lol 

I switched from Century Link to Allegience. I had Allegience before for 3 years but hubby just had to try Century Link because they are bundled with Direct TV. Needless to say we kept the Direct Tv and switched back to Allegience. Worst experience I have ever had was with Century Link. 

They are horrible!!!! We just switched from cox. We had one bad experience after another with them 

We live on post so there aren't a whole lot of choices for internet here and I have heard bad things about Allegience so we went with Century Link but I agree that they suck and half the time our internet is slower than dial up or doesn't work. It's ridiculous and we pay for the 2nd to highest speed package too. Like $45 a month! I'm a college student and take online classes and it's beyond frustrating when it's always having issues. I've had to call several times and they just say they're working out it or there's so many ppl on post at the same time that it slows it down. Well, HELLO! Do something about it then! Sheesh! 

Since I have been back with Allegience I have had nothing but great service. I'm actually getting the 10 mbps I am paying for. I didn't have any issues with them the three years I had them before. I would suggest them. I guess it all depends on where you live. 

We had great service with Century Link before moving to Forsyth (Peterson Place) but since being here it completely sucks! We move soon or I would definately ditch them!!! 

Well guess what. I finally called and raised hell and come to find out they fixed the internet the first day and the other 3 days i was out my modem just needed to be reset which i have been asking about since day one!!!
