Joann's on poyntz in Manhattan,Hobby Lobby, and walmart has it sometimes. 

when I asked for it at Hobby lobby and Joanns they told me they have never had it in stock and cant get it,thats why I bought it online

I wouldnt buy the kind they sell at walmart at times, it doesn't look the exactly the same as the real thing, looks cheap. There are places online you can order it though, or if it's a small project ur doing just use some old uniforms.

They have excellent, quilt shop quality fabric. If you're buying from Walmart, you're getting the end of the run, the last of the fabric to actually get printed, so the colors are more faded than the beginning of the roll. And it'll fade much quicker if you have to wash it, than quilt shop quality will. I make quilts and purses and have learned my lesson about buying cheap fabric! 

I have some of that silky kind, if anyone needs some...I got lazy after buying it and now have more important things to craft on (for baby).
