If any of you are interested in owning your own home there is a program being offered in Junction City thru the USDA for a LIMITED time. Their are only 160 houses being built in JC.
-No Money Down
-Credit score no problem
-Subsidy allowed if qualified
-Fixed intrest rate from 1% to 4.875%
-Build your house to suit

As an example, the developer said if you build a 150,000 3bd 2ba 2 car garage the estimated house payment would be 700.00 a month which includes taxes & house insurance.

Its a good deal, I just wanted to pass this on to everyone that I thought might be interested. If you want more information you can call:
785-226-6076
(Ask for Jennifer or Nichole)Or come by
552 Grant Ave
Junction City, KS 66441

Thanks for your time!
