Ok my question is....if someone did wear their husbands rank would they admit it or think it is wrong. Most that I know that does it wouldnt admit to it or think something was wrong with it.
ive been told in the past im a major bit..ch! does that count?
HOPE! i could NEVER see that... you are so sweet! :)
IMO, wearing rank is stupid. people are good people no matter what their bank account looks like - on the flip side of that, people are also ignorant and evil as well (on both ends of the stick). I guess it goes back to if you don't like me, f-off - we are enlisted, will always be enlisted and that is just the way it is. I am proud to say i have friends that are wives of e2 all the way up to a major... who cares. However I will turn away from those that do wear rank - it annoys me. ~Amy
That's how I feel but my husband says that I play a big role in him earning his rank because of the support I provide and how much crap I deal with LOL :)
I think rank is what your soldier earns. You earn the respect knowing that you supported him to get there. Thats why we are called the silent ranks. We don't need to be recognized for something we ALL do. We are all the same rank...the WIFE!
