well we paid off my husb old debt and his credit score jumped pretty high after about a year.. so give it time.. never heard about it going lower.. good luck..

PCW...I had the prob with the windows..I forgot.. I was getting ice build up on the inside..the maintenance guy pretty much said there is nothing he can do about it..it's the way the apt's were built....

I live at the bluffs and I haven't had a problem so far.. but I will say this.. they didn't build these apts well.. you can hear your neighbors movements & conversations that's the only prob I have
