How are they able to post scentsy adds on there when gold canyon cant. We can advertise and say we are in the area. But can not sale any items online like that. Does scentsy have a different policy.
I used to be a home interiors consultant as well and we were not allowed to sell online. Unless,it was a out of dste product or a item we had for resale. 

This one of the many reasons that I can not wait to get away from Fort Riley, I have never seen so many scentsy and FAUXtographers before we got here.
It seems like the alot of Army wives think that since they can pick up a camera it makes her a photographer. I am an avid photographer and have won many awards. But I would never consider myself a photographer to the point I would charge people. if someone asked if I would take their pics I would, but not charge them. 

I never charge for pics. I just love seeing what is in the lense. Lol....i know what you mean,about the pretend photographers. I really got let down recently by someone i hired. And the chick told my daighter not to worry she didnt take the same,pics for each sr since she knew how important it was to have something special done that no one else had. Well every person she has taken pics for has the same exact poses and she used the same places. I didnt want to cause a stir so i just redid my kids shots myself. And i did them back home so i knew there would be no copy cats. 

That really sucks! I was at the px the other day and one lady had no clue what a DSLR camera was, she just knew she wanted to start making money by taking pictures. So ended up buying a 800 dollar Nikon. When the salse man asked if she had ever used a DSLR before she said a what? (with a dumb founded look on her face) and he said the camera you are buying have you ever used one and she said oh no I haven't .
I walked away and laughed so hard. 

I should email you the pics the lady took and the pics i took and you tell me which ones you like. My daughter still has yet to pick a head shot for yr book or announcements. A little off subject but talking about selling services.
I advertised on that bookoo site awhile back. I use to stage homes for show and help people reorganize their lifes and households. One poor,lady sounded so stressed out that she called me. But she thought i was a maids service. I felt so bad for her, i could hear in her voice she was stressed out.

I was looking at your pics... what lens did you use for the moon photo?
I have tried to get a picture before of the moon but mine did not turn out as well as yours... I got my camera mainly to take better pictures of the grandkids like when they have performances and whatnot and am sitting far away! I took a pciture of a cardinal in our cedar tree this weekend and it is good... but again.. wanted to get closer.. when I stepped outside of course it went deeper into the tree.. brat!!!
My husband tells me I should go sit in his tree stand.. would get some awesome pics of cardinals and blue jays.. that is not going to happen!!! lol 

For the moon I used my sony hx200v , I have a canon t3i ,but i love my sony cameras. The zoom on them are amazing. 

wow... i have a nikon d3100 and a few lenses but dont think one that will zoom that far... thinking I may need new lens!!! :) 

All of my Sony cameras are not DSLR's the hx200v is an advanced long zoom camera, my other camera is a Sony wx100 which I love, it is so small has a great zoom and takes wonderful pictures. I hardly ever even use my Canon t3i DSLR

No never lol I take pics for people but don't charge
