What I want to know is: why was the man allowed to run? Well of course he didn't show up at his trial, because he obviously didn't want to go to jail. How about putting his butt in jail and setting a high bail because he's an obvious flight risk? Our children aren't safe as long as people like him are around, and the authorities are giving them carte blanche to rape and run! 

This got me thinking and I looked up local sex offenders. Literally 2 streets over. I thought they couldn't live by schools? Seitz is right down the street. 

They can live anywhere on post :/ There are different laws about that everywhere you go.

I don't understand why he was allowed to roam free. If the man was accused of something so heinous, why wasn't he deemed a flight risk and given a high bail so he wouldn't flee. The local judge in Tennessee who let that man go owes that little girl a debt for their incompetency. Not only is he able to roam free and avoid paying for his crimes, now he can potentially snatch someone else's child up and do it again.

...He had better stay indoors. If he goes outside for even a few minutes he'll be easy to spot with those flapjack ears. 

How does anyone know if he didnt just pass away. At his age really start looking in hospitals first. And dont jump to conclusions he may be innocent. I am just saying this story makes no sense. I can say a younger person running then maybe scratch your head and wonder. A man this guys age hmmm who or where could he run.

She no longer lives on post. Of the 5 listed on the web sites.(KBI site only lists two) only one lives on post and thats in Barracks on Custer Hill. One lives in JC now and the other 3 have moved away. 

Also understand that it only lists them if they have been convicted. We recently had a neighbor that was going to court for 2 counts on 2 separate offenses and 2 separate children. Picerne wouldn't move us or him, and his command only made him go to the barracks after the second offense for a week. He finally was convicted and is now serving out a term at Leavenworth. At no point should you let your guard down. Keep an eye on your children and notice when they start acting differently. Make sure to talk with your children and let them know they can be open to you about these types of things. Remember Stranger Danger!

Try to remember that just because they are on the registered sex offender list doesn't mean they are perverts. A perfect example is a friend of mine, he started dating a girl when he was 17 and she was 16 and he turned 18. Her parents didn't like him so they pressed charges against him for having sex with a minor and he was convinced by his lawyer to plead guilty. He did and was placed on the registered sex offender list for 20 years. 

Thank u susan i agree ask before u assume. The laws are strange now. the law doesnt use common sense they go by what is written. And i honestly think its bull. If your 16 yr old is knockin boots with a 20 yr old...you know that 20 yr old isnt first or last lets get real.

Oh and my 14yr old god daughter knocked up by 20 yr old. I asked her if he forced her. She was active before him and so she knew everything. He didnt rape her. She came on to him, lied to him. So why would anyone report him for rape...thats tarted....at least he can help support the kid. And she had all access to bc in the world and i talked to her, her mom was open with her. And it didnt stop her from doing it or getting pregs.
But the guy i would be furious if he was reported for rape why ruin his life, my god daughter made a choice to...and she is smarter than she acts at times. But no way in heck did be rape her. 

Lovely, no wonder I don't let my daughter just hang about town; prefer to keep her innocent and Facebook free for a long, long time. If thay doesn't work, Concordia has a nice facility with nuns I'll opt to try out. :P 

Haha i talked and talked to my daughter. And so far she made the right choices. My son doesnt understand still but he is a diff story.
But if u keep talking anx dont wig out. Your daughter will talk to u. And tell u things u may not like.
