If you have more than 6 items listed, when one sells delete it right away. Someone looking at an item of yours sees 5 more of your items at the bottom of the page. If you leave a sold item on there it may be taking the slot of an item they could have seen and wanted to buy. 

Put your location....I get it you want to be clever or private but when I see an item I MAY want and your location says "From a Secret Location" I figure its not worth my hassle to email to find where you are on a $5 item. And Im not driving to Manhatten for a $5 item. But if it says Fort Riley I may run over and get it. 

Some people are spooked because there are people out there whose middle names are "nutjob" (lol). But I think you have to take yourself out of your normal comfort zone a bit if you really want to sell. Take someone you trust and meet in a busy location like the PX or the front of WalMart.
