anyone cleared housing lately and wanna tell me your experience? I hear horror stories about and now im terrified lol. we finally get to move up into our house we bought. thanks to anyone who can help! 

we cleared housing april 30th and it was very quick and painless juat be sure all the floors are clean all door stops are in place,appliances cleaned,an clean bathrooms.Oh and be sure shades /blinds are all intact we were done in 5 min handed over our keys and on our way 

Hi! We cleared housing in March. No big deal. They wanted a surface clean and I went way beyond but it really wasn't needed.
Watch the carpet and flooring otherwise it's really not bad. 

ok i shouldnt have to much of a problem then, i keep my house clean all the time. i just have a small stain on one of my carpets but we called up and asked them if they take in to account how long we have been here, almost 4 years and she said they take off like 20% of how much they charge for carpet per year so like for that front room which is where the stain is at will be 120, thats not to bad. otherwise i think we are good, im so ready to move outta here and have my own house :)
