I also think this guy is FULL of it when he says That he has Repaired and Fixed the Local Police Department. And has been here since 1982

I also feel that HE goes threw there Pc or Machine and looks at the photos. 

wow thats crazy! i had him fix my computer and somehow knew something was up with him.. 

and your right cause the inncident he was convicted of was in Houston texas in 1998 so idk but im sure if he was a convicted sex offender the police department wouldnt let him near there computers! this is EXACTLY why my husband would rather take it to a professional instead of someone doing it from there home cause you never know what they are doing with personal stuff in your computer EX: childrens photos, wifes photos and stuff like that..Just my opinion.
