Does anyone know if there are yoga classes on post? I know there is a studio in Manhattan, but I would prefer not to drive that far for a class. Thanks! 

There's one at King Field House! I've heard it's good, but I haven't had a chance to go yet.

They have a monthly calendar you can pick up with all their classes and times listed for everyday - I think it's online too, through MWR's website.
