i want to make potato salad this week. i use to make one with eggs potato salad and some cheddar cheese. havent made it in a while and forgot to write down recipe. so i was wondering if anyone out there had any good recipes or anything similar to the one i am talking about 

i use potatoes eggs mustard and mayonaise...i would like to find a good one if anyone else has one...its that time of the year where all the diffrent salads come in handy for all the BBQ's people have.... YIPPIE!!!!! 

yeaah. hubby just got a new bbq grill . so we are having a bbq this weekedn 

Mine uses potatoes, mayo a little miracle whip, celery, onions, pickle, black olives and NO mustard. Salt, pepper and hard boiled eggs, some of the whites sliced into the salad and the rest sliced in rings on top... 

I use patatoes, mayo(I use the blue plate mayo that they sell at the commissary) mustard, pickles(dill), eggs and boil chicken brest and shread it up to put in there my friend got me started on that she had chicken that needed to be used but instead she decided to have a bbq and didnt want to grill the chicken so instead she boiled it up and stuck it in her patato salas SO GOOD. I dont use cheese in mine i dont really like it in patato salad but i know of people who have put that in theirs. 

I use Potatos,Mayo, Mustard, Hardboiled Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Bacon, and Celery. I top it with Peprika (sp) 

Potatoes, mayo, hard boiled eggs, sweet relish, a little mustard and pepper 

i put potatoes,hard boiled eggs, onions, mustard, mayo and sugar in my potato salad 

Because i have been craving this since it was posted last night thats what i made this morning 

Missy, wasnt it you that gave me the recipe for Loaded Baked Potato Salad??? or was it soup?? Either way, OMG so good! 

I alternate with the basic potato salad in the summer and switch it up and add some parsley, diced water chestnuts, and small cubed cucumber to potato, mayo, boiled egg,salt, pepper,green onion, and a small amt of mustard and some celery seed. 

My fav recipe:

red (new) potatoes
mayo
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
chopped green onions
and crumbled crispy fried bacon
salt and pepper to taste

Its soooo good, I always get asked to make it anytime we have a bbq! 

I just had some McAlister's potato salad and I'm pretty sure their secret ingredient is crack! It's that good :) Unfortunately I can't find a copycat recipe anywhere.
