do I find out what classes Barton community College offers spouses?

And where are they on post? 

I went up to the school thing across from the mps station to get info 

go to Bartonccc.org and somewhere on there is course listings, and PDF's of what classes you need for what degree and you can check the boxes off as you go...

Some of the evening classes have books that they are able to loan out, some don't. You can get more info and enroll at bldg 217, across from Inprocessing....which is in the same big parking lot shared with MP station.
