So I am helping my folks sell their home. Has anyone had to do this recently? or at all? The house does need work but they are not selling it for what its worth just what their loans are. is it hard to do? will they need to fix it up? its basically just outdated...but they are older people so they really can't fix it themselves....Any information would be great. 

Instead of selling it, (unless its not an option to keep) have they looked into reverse mortage? My mom did it and its been a blessing.
