I was wondering if anyone has gone to this 4 week class and if so, did it help you to kick your habit? I just called and left a message to try and get signed up. Just wanted to see if it has been any help to anyone. 

I personally havent because i dont smoke but ive had a few friends go and almost all of them were able to stop smoking so it worked for them... I think any way you try to do it all depends on if you have the determination to do it...if you do then you will do fine (yea i know easier said then done) 

Def easier said than done but I know I do want to stop. I just find it incredibly hard to do it cold turkey, especially since my husband is a smoker and has no desire to quit. 

Have you considered trying E-cigarettes to help? That has helped my Grandma.
