Growing up there were teens that smoked and occationally did drugs all of it they respectfully to others did it away from public

By the forsyth neighborhood center...a little kid came to me saying those kids are doing drugs. I assumed he just ment cigarettes, but after checking out he was right. A 5-6 year old know what drugs ...
